We see each patient/customer as unique. Each of our plans is based on a 12-16 week program. However, it is recommended that, look for programs that focus on steady weight loss - about 2 to 4 kgs a week. If you plan to lose more than 30 to 40 kgs, have health problems, or are on medication, we recommend talking to your doctor before you start any weight loss program.
If you want to lose weight permanently, then you have to make a lifestyle change and adopt new healthier habits and maintain it. So, no worries, throughout the weeks we will help support you effectively to achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes. Yes, It's not going to be easy (it's not terrible either) and it won't be overnight (no immediate satisfaction - sorry!). But it is possible.
