Russians do you want the Monarchy in your Homeworld?
 

The Monarchy in Russia was since Ivan the IV till' the murdered Emperor Nicolas the II so XV-XXI fo about a five ages (and I'm not talking about pre-monarchy period). So I wonder if you Russians want a Monarchy to be restored, rebuilt or whatever so please answer your opinion is very inportant indeed. Thanks.
