Всем привет! Для нашего юридического центра решили сделать лицензию ФСБ на допуск к гостайне, дабы иметь возможность проводить аудиты в режимных предприятиях. В сфере прошедших событий (не знаю - не уточнял), служба начала отзыв ранее выданых лицензий на допуск к гостайне (информация не проверена но имеет место быть). так вот. дабы не наступить на те же грабли - решили не доверять процедуру получения лицензии и пройти её сами. Сразу появилось куча вопросов. И вообще кто может выложить пошаговую инструкцию получения лицензии ФСБ на допуск к гостайне?конкретно интересует:-Роль аккредитованных аттестационных центров в проведении экспертизы на предмет соответствия лицензионным требованиям ФСБ в организации, можно без нее обойтись или нет? она все равно только консультирует, а просят 60 тыщ без НДС? -Для проведения аудита на режимных объектах у нас нужно организовывать 1 отдел РСП (режимно секретный) или нет? аудиторские заключения на режиных предприятиях являются секретными данными?-Для проведения аудита, какой уровень секретности необходимо иметь: секретно, очень секретно, или пипец как секретно?-Нужен заказчик с действующей лицензией для ходатайства перед ФСБ (мы хорошие!!)
